I'd had every twatty customer I could possibly have 2day - even someone snapping their fingers at me (who I rightously ignored!) and by mid-afternoon, Id had enough - when this guy (who let's just say was old enough 2 know better) virtually sprung upon me and declared loudly:

'I WANT CLASSICAL MUSIC!'

I (raising all the inner calm I could muster), turned 2 face Him and said:

'...please.' in as patronising a tone possible.

He then crumbled like a chastised child. Arrogant fuck.

I should've said:

'Well...what we WANT we cant always HAVE now, can we?' big grin

Today was that day...one of my employees betrayed my trust, Did something deliberatly when she knew she was not to do it, tried to hide it from me, I found out, wanted to yell at her so bad, I almost fired her, instead I called my boss and whinned to him about it. He is going to take care of her.

So basically she fucked up, walked all over me, got caught, and made me feel like total shit.
