yesterday my boss quit very suddenly and since she was on probation still, the company asked her to leave as of the following day (which is today now). anyway, i have been given her job, it's a promotion, a bit more money, loads more responsibility.
funny how it's always like that - bit more money, loads more responsibility.
anyway, i slept about three hours tonight. i tried going back to sleep and all i could do was think about the job and what i need to do to try and turn it around to produce something positive.
i'm not a corporate type so i need to be on my P's and Q's.
my point tho is that i haven't really slept and i have a mega shift ahead of me today that will end at 2:30 AM. it's now 7:38 AM. plus i have a friend coming over before i go to work so we can work on some music.

well i realize that it's a crap job and i decided a few weeks ago that i was looking for another job but right now i am put my head down and use the xtra cash and stay with it for a little bit longer. all my higher ups know that i feel it's a crap job cuz they feel it the same as i do and my boss who quit yesterday.
it's a crap company to work for so we all feel like it's a fruitless mission but still we soldier on and we do a good job.
