Bernie Mac!! 
Su muh muh b*tch! I watched Spike Lee's The Original Kings of Comedy again tonight and, I swear, this man's standup routine makes me laugh so hard my stomach aches every time! The first time I saw this I was literally crying.

He be tripping me out, but I have to give it up to cedric that muthafucka had me dying. If you've never seen "Starting line up" you have to check it. Cedric hosts it and there are all of these unknown comics on there. I swear all of them had me crackin up big time. | |

I first caught him on Def Comedy Jam. I actually went to a see the DCJ when it toured years ago. Now, for the life of me, I can't remember if the Mac Man performed. However, I do remember Bill Bellamy performing.
I LOVE the Bernie Mac Show!!!  It's so clever. I think my favorite episode was the one where Jordan is stealing money from his Uncle Bernie. Turns out he wanted the money to buy a telescope. Bernie admonishes him. At the end of the show, they think Jordan's run away. The family finds him on the roof of their home with his telescope. He was looking for the Sears Towers in Chicago because he's homesick.  | |

The very first standup gig I saw him do . . . On Def Comedy Jam, rockin' the Cross Colors, was by far the funniest.
