LOVE ACTUALLY

anyone seen this flick? I saw it last night and LOVED it. Great performances, fun soundtrack, all around good time.

I really liked the fact that not all the plotlines had a happy ending. I much prefer realistic endings to 'hollywood endings'. For example, I would have loved Cold Mountain much more if *SPOILER*








he never made it home (I was told this is how the book story goes).

I ADORED this movie. I took a friend to see it, though, and she HATED it. She had a point though--all of the people in the film who ended up happy were classic beauties...and there was an AWFUL lot of 'fat girl' jokes.

Still, I also liked how the film had strong doses of sadness. Love isn't always successful.

But I did love "Love Actually", actually...

Nice movie. Went to see it last week. The combination of
Hugh Grant and Colin Firth in one movie is always licky.

My fav scene was Emma Thompson crying to Joni Mitchell's
"Both Sides Now". That was sooo "been there".

Well, not "been emma thompson" smile but you know what I
mean heheh.
