I guess Britain is to blame as well since it has pioneered a lot of the reality TV stuff with Survivor and Big Brother shows. There are many things I love about America, but the television there is AWFUL!!! At the very top u have brilliant, intelligent comedies like Frazier but these shows are overwhelmingly in the minority. Even Thai television is better. 
What is really different about Real World San Diego from all the countless other Real Worlds??? It's rather worrying, but I guess that's American 'culture' if u can even use that word since American culture is basically a little bit of everything and anything, be it American or something from somewhere else which Americans have bandwagon-jumped upon. It's a creole country after all and has little history to look upon for cultural inspiration. Gotta go, Joe Millionaire just came on. ...
