I agree with most of those... but would replace
Chinatown Barry Lyndon with All the President's Men Three Days of the Condor + Annie Hall as a runner up

oh god, i love you for saying annie hall. I ammended my list. I can't believe I forgot "Annie Hall." This may be one of the few movies about relationships that actually gets it right. My girlfriend calls this film "The Jason Story" cuz I remind her so much of Woody.

I gotta go with those who included Annie Hall. I also have to include The Rocky Horror Picture Show because of the fact that it has endured for so long, and it means a lot to me personally. I have to also mention Phantom Of The Paradise. Early DePalma, and a precursor to Rocky Horror. Also have to give raves to Ridley Scott's brilliant Alien. The first and best of that series. Likewise to Carpenter's Halloween: still one of the best horror flicks ever made. _____ [This message was edited Wed Dec 24 6:24:06 PST 2003 by JediMaster] Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones.
