I think she's doing a terrific job of setting a tone and of dealing with issues as they come up. And also in recognizing the unique dynamic of this (and any) online community, a dynamic that grows when people are allowed to act as people, with all that entails.

The Org has seemed a lot friendlier lately, a lot more fun, and no doubt she is part of the reason.
