Not sure which forum to put this in. Not sure yet why I'm writing it. Perhaps this will mean something to someone. Not a poem; just a thought. But at least it was said.


Before It's Too Late

Before it's too late, say I love you. Before it's too late, hold someone close. Take time to smell the flowers, watch a bird soar. Before it's too late, get to know God.
Take a walk along the shore, do something charitable. Show kindness, and compassion. Fullful at least one dream or desire, however small it may be. Spend time alone with your thoughts. It's ok to cry, and better to laugh. Know that nothing is forever on earth, but lasting eternal in your heart and mind. Before it's too late, make amends. Doesn't matter who's wrong or right. Before it's too late, do something crazy and fun. Make a child smile, make someone else feel important. Pray at least twice. Once for someone else, then for yourself. Recieve all that is good. Know that you are never alone. Before it's too late, remember a friend.
