I suffer from allergies that sometimes get so bad that I wind up getting a sinus infection (which is what I have now). I've been coughing so much that my chest is starting to feel sore, and I know I'm running a slight fever. Luckily, I am going to the doctor on Friday to get some meds, since I've suffered with this long enough (since this past Monday). I hate allergies, they sure can make your life miserable!

I know for a fact that I am quite allergic to dust, which is what I think may have brought on this sinus infection. (I just cleaned my bedroom which gets extremely dusty). Every time I get into a dusty place or change the bag on my vacuum cleaner, I sneeze like a maniac. I also am allergic to animal dander, and probably a whole slew of other stuff that I'm not aware of (maybe even certain foods).

I've never had allergy tests done, but I have been thinking that it might be a good idea, since that way I will have a clear picture of what exactly I am allergic to, so I know to stay away from it.

I'm also allergic to dust mites, certain animal danders and some pollens. I've gotten pretty good at avoiding my triggers, but when I get hit, I GET HIT because I have athsma. What sucks most is that I love cats, but can't safely have one.

I've had allergy tests, and THEY SUCK! They're like some Medieval torture technique. Afterwards, you're all pricked up like a pin cushion and very itchy if, in fact, you do react to any of the dozens of tested proteins.

I have bad allergies and this happens to me all the time. I've got a really good doc now and he's helped me stop having to take so many antibiotics. Find yourself a good allergist!

I'm severely allergic to dust mites and have to have allergy shots twice a week. I'm also on two to three different types of allergy medicines (depending on the situation.)

You definitely should go get an allergy test done. It's the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. You'll be surprised how much less you get sick when you're finally being treated for your allergies. Good luck!

I don't have great sinuses to begin with and whatever is in the air here makes it awful.

Considering they incinerate old chemical weapons in my town, there's no telling what it is.

i'm not sure if i do have allergies. whenever i think i do, it turns out ok but i think i am allergic to working.
