First you need the image saved somewhere on your computer (might I recommend your desktop?) and it can be no larger than 15k.

Okay, now:

Go up to extras on the right hand corner of your screen.

Scroll up to "Your org profile."

The in the left hand column, click on "edit your profile."

Then again in the left hand column, click on "forum settings."

Then click "browse"

Locate the image you saved and upload it.

Wait for it to be approved and you're good to go!
