I'm taking Benedryl over the counter and using Afrin nasal spray since I don't have health insurance and I don't want to spend all kinds of money at the doctor's office (I can't afford it right now, too many other bills to pay).

Sinus infections suck!! I was sick for 2 years because I couldn't get over them! I had surgery through my nose last year and I became more ill.

Yes i have, be careful with over the counter stuff, it can strip your nasal cavity and cause more trouble than its worth.
In Australia we have a spray called Rhinocort, its awesome!

I've had five sinus infections since April...and I get them all the time (I have bad allergies) and the only thing that will get rid of them is antibiotics. You should really go to the doctor, no matter what the cost.
