it's called Frank.
the idea is if you get tempted or are offered drugs you should call Frank. and 'Frank' will give you advice.
like you have the number handy at a party. it even sounds creepy, like it's a child stalker, Frank.
Call Frank, he'll know what to do.
the government really has no idea what is going thru kids minds, do they? i just wish they were straight up for a change and deal with problems in real terms with real ideas.

they should just show them the daily lives of drug addicts. That'll fix them. There is nothing scarier than seeing what real addicts go through everyday and I'm not talking about a Hollywood renactment of what drug addiction is like but the real thing. That's what worked for me. I saw some of my friends get really messed up and have some pretty bad things happen to them because of drug use when I was in high school. One of my friends had a mother who was on heroin, another got raped because she was so fucked up on weed, alcohol and acid and didn't know what was going on. I could go on. That made me never want to touch the stuff.
