Easy! Italians make the best food! I just had some delicious eggplant parm that my dad made for Christmas Eve dinner, and it's even better a day later. Mmm!

I have some French cookbooks that I don't use a lot, but when I do I am always VERY pleasantly surprised!
They do things with garlic that the Italians are still learning about! Plus they are not afraid of soups!

Eggplant parmesan is my favorite. I love that stuff. The Olive Garden makes theirs great because the eggplant is not soggy like it is in some restaurants (I like my eggplant a little on the crunchy side). Italians definitely make the best food. I could eat pasta every day of the week (and I'm not even Italian - go figure!). RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

Thai.
I was introduced 2 this a few years back - and my taste buds are still recovering! There is something 2 cater 2 everyone's palate - but the best part is, that every meal comes with numerous dishes all with different tastes, levels of spiciness, coolness, texture and sensation. I love going 4 a Thai meal becuase every mouthful is an experience 2 be savoured - and that's what good food is all about: enjoyment. Man, Im drooling already!
