Anyone Here Do Yoga?

I've been thing of taking up yoga but I have a questions that I hope can be answered:
1.How many minutes a day do u spend on it?
2.How long did it take to get results?
3.What results did u get?
If it doesn't fit, it's ugly anyway.

I do! I try to do it everyday but that doesn't always happen. I spend about 15 mins sometimes a little longer, I can''t do it any longer than that although I am trying to!

Yep!

I love it, and I definitely reccommend it. I am the most unathletic person in the world, and excercising is usually a chore for me, but I LOVE doing yoga. I feel so relaxed afterwards and it really is great for toning up your whole body.

There are some days when I don't get to do it, but I usually do yoga for about 25 minutes in the morning, and if I don't get to do it in the morning, I do it at night.

It might take a little while of getting used to if you're not really limber, but for me, I felt better after the first few times of doing it. It definitely relaxes you, and it feels great to stretch.

As with anything, results will vary depending on your body type. I wasn't overweight, but yoga really made me look so much better because it toned every part of my body, even my ghetto booty.

Yup.

I do yoga, pilates and seam jassani.

The time I spend on them differs and depends on how much
time I can make for practicing it in peace and quiet.

I'd rather concentrate on it for an hour every other day
and be able to totally get into it than do half an hour
every day and be constantly distracted by other things.

Results varied from instant to about a week to even more
than a month. Depends on the excercise and what your aim
is.

The ones I like most are the ones you can do anywhere at
any given time, even in a crowd of people, and no one
even notices your doing it heheh.

I don't practice any of these for any other goal than to
achieve more inner balance and to clear myself from all
the stress I build up cuz I can't deal very well with
any kind of stress, so I desperately need some of these
excercise programs to recharge and let go of all that
wound up stress I accumulate during the day.

LaCoyta, I would recommend it. You can start off with gentle Yoga excercises until you build up your stamina and become more flexible. I find it relaxing and the results are very good.

seamm jasani are ancient Tibetan movements. It's also
a bit of a philosophy.

check out this book:

"The secret art of Seamm-Jasani"
58 movements for eternal youth from ancient Tibet

It's pleasant and I like the movements a lot.
