Mozzarella and Feta, now you got me hungry for pizza. I discovered a great pizza lately that has mozza, feta, green peppers and pineapple. It was to die for. Only thing is I forgot to buy my Tobasco sauce to give that pizza some zip.

I used to be partial to a good pepperjack or an aged cheddar
but lately, I've found myself drawn to plain ol' swiss cheese... I've been making sammiches of nothing but 4 fat slices of swiss and some mustard on a hogie...microwaved and melted... simple, sounds gross, but VERY yummmy | |
