Good luck, but... I would... Just stay away from refined sugars and heavy foods like a whole lot of Cheese and Butter. But you do need oil for smooth skin and Canola Oil is great to cook with and high in Vitamin E. Red meat is fine as is Chicken and Fish. The best thing to do is stay away from extremes either way. If you eat Meat have bread and Tomatoes and Vegetables also on the side. Real high Sugar will throw your body chemistry off balance. Ginseng Tea is a excellent good choice. Just with a little Sugar. Peppermint Tea is good to add to any Tea. Water too. Meat is not bad. Things with high Sugars and Cheese and Butter with fat solids are way worse than Chicken, Fish or Steak... Trim some or most of the solid fat on Steaks though. Just my

i need help. but then a friend said that if i have a specific blood type then i need meat in my diet. the blood type theory has been proven to be untrue. if you want more information on that subject, check out the Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine's website - http://www.pcrm.org - there's a lot of interesting information about some of these diet myths. if you're looking for any other resources, just let me know!

My grandfather lived to be 92, he smoked, ate meat, and drank wine all of his life, and has never seen a doctor until he was 91.
So I guess it's not about eating right, it's about feeling good. [This message was edited Tue Jan 27 19:12:20 PST 2004 by TweetyBird]

So I guess it's not about eating right, it's about feeling good. True, Life deals you a hand and everyones is different. But most people would benefit from a better diet. Seeing how heart disease is such a killer in the U.S. I GOT YA, I GOT YA, I GOT YA PUNKASS! REPEAT

And thanks for the support(i'm gonna need it). tofu is AWESOME! C, if you live anywhere near San Jose, hit up Japantown and find the tofu man (I'll get the real name of the place from my dad if you want it). He makes fresh tofu everyday and it's unbelievable. So silky, it melts in your mouth. I swear to god. I mean, like, where is the sun?

it's very difficult. i've tried it several times. but i just love eating meat too much for it to last very long. it's so tasty, and filling on the other hand, sometimes too much meat makes me sick of it. good luck!
