It's hard, but think about all the good feelings they have for you too. It's aful when a pet dies. I can't imagine what I will do when my dogs go. I had a guinea pig die and I was crying, the dogs will be 10 times worse. But I know once they die it is time to help another in need of a good home. They appreciate it more than we could ever know.
