are some people such assholes? I mean why do some people not care if what they do is right or wrong? Why do some people not care if they hurt another human? It will never make sense to me.

Because, IMHO, the human race is somewhat 'conditioned' not to respond when we see bad things happen. Many many people just "don't want to get involvedJ". It takes a person of strong will to break those molds that are enforced upon us.

I think the reason Ur asking such questions proves Ur a lovely person. I too dont understand the way people act sometimes but then, hey, we're all different and we've all got our own faults which piss people off sometimes.

When I was younger (about 19) I saw a man in the street argue and hit his g/f, she was screaming for help. I went to help her, the guy grabbed me and called me all kinds of names (I didnt know either of them at all) then later she walked off with this guy who had just beat her and they told me to butt out their business...


I do hate to see people get hurt but sometimes these days if they are nobody you know, you dont know if you are gonna get yourself in more shit than you bargained for.
