Ummm, Orea cookies dunked in milk (at least that sounds good right about now, the christmas version).
Not much for dessert, but if I truly must... Banana Creme Pie, or Pumpkin Pie or... chocolate chip cookies with nuts. ... off to the Orea cookie jar.

An irish dessert called Banoffi. I used to eat it while I lived in Ireland all the time and miss it a lot now. But every now and then I make it myself.
(Chopped bananas and whipped cream on a thick layer of soft toffee.) Bake one 8 inch pie crust - cool. 1 tsp. powdered instant coffee 2 tbsp. white sugar 1 1/3 c. whipping cream 1 lg. banana Immerse the unopened can of condensed milk in boiling water. Cover and boil for 3 hours. Remove from water and allow to cool completely before opening. Inside will be soft toffee filling. (This can be done day or two before making pie.) Whip the cream with the coffee and sugar until thick and smooth. Spread the toffee mixture into pie crust. Chop the bananas over the toffee. Spoon the whipped cream on top. Chill. 18 August 2007, O2 Arena, London

used to be the Tres Leches at Don Quixote's in Charlotte
now, my all-time fav is fresh fruit with raspberry sorbet and (you guessed it) a splash of vodka. they make it for me at our favorite Italian place, Villa Antonio's. (and although i can't eat it, i must say that Germanhottie's recipe sounds to die for!! )

I think I will make that for my family for X-mas. The thing Lilmissmissy mentioned sounds incredible also. Creme brulee is my favorite and mixing it with caramel and chocolate... as Gemini said, Tiramisu! I love desert! "It's that Coqui 900, can I have me a sip"

Rum Raisin tart. My friend Hillari and I were up in Snoqualmie, WA exploring the town where they filmed "Twin Peaks" (my all-time favorite show). They had a bed and breakfast there that had a five-star restaurant.

The best dessert I ever had was a fresh waffle with butter pecan ice cream smushed all over it and maple syrup on it..

At a fancy hotel on the island Mauritius, I was once served a 4X4X4 inch cube made of layers of the most delicious chocolate mousse I´ve ever had, chocolate cake, super-quality chocolate ice cream and chocolate sauce. Surprisingly enough it wasn´t too sweet. It was perfect.
And while I was eating it I was listening to a great live jazz band, feeling the gentle sea breeze caress my skin and watching the endless ocean stretch all the way to the fiery-red horizon. That didn´t hurt either.
