Have you tried this?

Right click on the pic above and go to "Save Picture As." Save it somewhere you will remember. (Like your desktop)

Then go up to "Extras" in the upper right hand part of this page.

Scroll to "Your Profile."

Then click on "Edit your profile" in the left hand column.

Then go to "Forum Settings."

Then where next to "Avatar" click on "browse."

Locate your avatar and double click on it.

Then it says something like "Save preferences" or something. Click yes.
