With a few exceptions (mainly Final Fantasy and some other RPG's) a lot of the newer games really don't impress me all that much. I like the older games more. When more emphasis was placed on how a game played, instead of how it looked.

Yes! Sonic the Hedgehog is the best game ever! I was 8 years old when I got it, and I was obsessed! I used to rush home from school with my friends and we all used to get into fights over who was going to play. We tried to take turns, but none of us wanted to share.

I can't believe Civ isn't on the list, nor is Sim City.

And SMW only 18?? Come on - should be top 5 easily. It's clearly a much better game than Sonic "Press right and watch me go" The Hedgehog.

Obviously, lists like this are stoopid, but SMW pees all over Sonic.
