Favorite ARCADE games...

Ok..I am gonna REALLY show my age here redface

Anyone remember arcades? Ya know, back before you could play arcade-perfect games at home, you had to leave the house and go to an actual arcade to do it? Back in the day, all the games only cost 25 cents to play, even the new ones sigh

Some of my favorites were/are (in no particular order)...

Star Wars/Empire Strikes Back
Tetris
Qix
GALAGA!!!
Tron
Discs Of Tron
Xevious
Space Fury
Shinobi
Donkey Kong
Popeye
Pac-Man (and just about all the off-shoots)
Sinistar
Golden Axe
Centipede
Asteroids
Battlezone

4 player Turtles with 3 friends was great.

And at the local bowling alley, the 4-player Simpsons game (which was suspiciously similar!) they had the prices wrong for a couple of weeks - 10p per play, when it should have been 30p!! So we played that a lot.

Oh, speaking of multiplayer arcade joy - GAUNTLET!!!
