I LOOOVE Skinny Cow Ice-Cream Sandwiches!! I was diagnosed with astronomically high cholesterol last year and adopted a semi-vegetarian diet. Skinny Cow was/is a lifesaver when I have a hankering for sweets. | |

They are great!. The mint and the peanut butter are my faves. At Christmas time, they have peppermint ones too, but you have to be quick! | |
