MEETINGS!!! Maan, I hate them.
I just left the house at 9am to travel down to London to a meeting at 2pm. Got there, the people didnt have a clue what was going on, it was one of those disorganised crazy meetings where everything was getting mixed up, people were talking over each other and we have all come out more confused than ever. I have just got home, it is now 11.25pm, what a waste of a day, couldnt they just email me the minutes of the meeting? Oh and in my last company we had so many meetings that we had meetings about planning more meetings. Needless to say we were sat in the boardroom so often that the real work was pushed aside. Does anyone feel the same way about meetings as me?

I'm happy to say that, at work, I'm a total pleb and therefore aren't important enough to go to meetings.

That sux, Red. If the company is going to have a meeting, the least they can do is have it organized ahead of time. People should not talk over each other either, that is just plain rude. People need to learn to not interrupt others until they're done speaking (I should learn to do this as well, since I have the bad habit of violating that rule as well ).
I don't go to too many meetings, thank God. I don't mind them, but I find that I resent going to them if I have a real busy day and have tons of work that I need to get done. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

Thanx but I have just been travelling 10 hours today for a meeting that 4 year olds could have organised better, and the reason I went there was to discuss something completely different. Yeah! guess what? The boss skimmed through the details I needed in 2 minutes then rushed out the office to go on holiday, I mean wtf???

That's even worse, Red! I would have grabbed him by his shirt and said, "Excuse me, I'm not done talking to you yet." What a bozo boss! RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

I already disputed some of his dumb ass ideas, and when he didnt see the logic in my arguments, I just said "On your head be it!" Everyone looked at me in horror, cos they never really speak up or voice their opinions, but the boss has no logical thinking anyway and the whole place is a shambles. Thankfully I am freelance there so I can just pick up my money and run, but I am here trying to help them, they are too thick to see that. So as I said, "On their heads, be it" Watch them lose money out of their own stoopidity...
