as for your pleas for keepin my integrity and all that--i've only been a moderator for nearly 3 months. i'm still learnin stuff. moderatin is not an easy thing to do, especially if you're in the position i'm in: a newbie mod who is basically the only mod online most of the time cuz every other mod is either not on the site very much anymore or has hung up their mod badge and disconnected themselves from the site. i'm pretty much learnin on my own how to handle this place. plus, i'm not the type to become one of those evil, assholish mods who abuse their power in order to fuck around in whatever manner. you've known me long enough to know that i ain't that kinda person.

and i knew full-well when i volunteered to become a mod that i'd most likely end up makin folks angry at any decision that i make that they don't agree with. that's life, you gotta deal with that kinna aspect in any and all of your endeavors. i've had nicety-nice folks get pissed at me in my day-to-day livin. folks can get huffy at me for whatever decision i make on here, but you know what? this is just a website. one should save their anger for somethin more serious than them gettin a strike on their account or gettin banned for actin up.
