Try drinking more water. Sometimes the body confuses thirst with hunger, and gets you to eat so it can get some liquid that way. Also water fills you up.

Also, if you've just ate, your insulin will kick in, actually lowering your blood sugars too much for a while until there is balance, which is why people often get really hungry like 30 mins to 1 hour just after they've eaten a big meal (especially Chinese food!!).

So - have some water, or try and ride it out - give it 30 mins. That's my advice.
