Paedophilia is a condition that people are either born with or develop through circumstance. You can't control what turns you on just as you can't control who you fall in love with. Even tho' I'm a victim myself I retain enough intelligence about the subject to realise that these people need help. If they're beyond help then sure, keep them locked up. But not every case is the same. Some people manage to overcome their "issues" so surely it's worth the effort of trying to help them if they are indeed open to change.
