Usually before.

Sometimes during.

Occasionally after.

Depends on which part of me I'm shaving.

After, that guy on "Queer eye for the straight guy" told me too.

I've always shaved after, cuz I figured the shower would do a number on my skin and whatnot, and that my face would be more shaveable after all the water and steam.

I shave first, then clean up in the shower.

usually after. but the times i've shaved before (or when i wasn't showering at all at the moment), i've found that it sometimes goes better... fewer niks and pulled hairs, etc. something to do with oils in the skin, probably.

During. You need to get a little mirror and hang it in the shower stall. That way you can shave and rinse all in one shot. You don't have to clean the bathroom sink afterwards. It save time.
