Dublin, Ireland.

Fucking freezing, wet, horrible, miserable.

Sun is shining, looks like a lovely day... until you step outside... and regret it...the wind goes right through you, it's no place for the old...

And we have storm warnings for tonight. Lovely.

Damn my ancestors for not getting deported to Oz.

falloff

I used to live in Dublin and I know what you are talking about. When I first moved there it didn't rain for like 3 days and I thought, that maybe it is just a clichee that it always rains in Ireland, but then it started raining and never stopped until I left Ireland 15 months later. Thinking about it know makes me realise that I had such wild days there and so many lovers, but what else can you do during rain?

Berlin, Germany.

It has been unusual warm the past few days for November, but it's cooling down now, which sucks. I like warm weather.

Yeah, you're right it's no damn cliche, I wish it was.
We have two seasons - the rainy season, and the not-quite-as-rainy season.

Although, you do get used to it. When I was in Denver a couple of years ago, guess what I missed ? ... Rain! When you're used to it pissing down all the time it's very disconcerting to be out in sub-zero temperatures with the sun beating at your back, no wind, no rain and no humidity.

Ah well, at least it keeps everything clean.
