The wife seasoned the turkey last night...just outta curiosity...is there anyone else out there that seasons their bird for three days???
We're having a nice, hispanic meal...turkey with stuffing + roast fresh pork, arroz-con-gandules (rice & pidgeon peas), bacalaitos (cod fritters), pupusas (Central American quesadillas) and rice pudding for dessert. Along with the Vanilla Coke, I'm gonna get either some Banana soda or some Jarritos Tamarind soda...and some Sangria of course. By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory! |
