X2 DVD out today!!! 
I was SOOO tempted to buy a bootleg.  But I waited like a good boy, and today is the payoff!
I can't wait to see the deleted scenes (deeper exposition) and the "making of" stuff! I have a Blockbuster gift card leftover from X-Mas, and the minute I'm off work, I'm on my way!  Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

X2 rocked! restored my faith in second installments of trilogies.

I do think its safe to say that Jean Grey WILL return as the Phoenix.

I remember Bryan Singer saying that he didn't see X-Men as becoming 'a trilogy', but rather a series of movies with no definite number, like James Bond or Star Trek. There's definitely the obvious tempation to make X3 based on the classic 'Dark Phoenix' story (very epic). But I'd much prefer it if they took their time and introduced the creation of the Sentinels as the main threat in X3, with maybe Jean Gray returning as Phoenix during the course of the story to save the day. If Singer and the crew do turn the X-Men films into an ongoing franchise, they will obviously be bringing in tons of new characters. Who are some of the mutants y'all would be excited to see on screen?
