I was hoping the movie would do well. Mike is such a cool guy and very talented too. Even if the movie does suck, I hope it doesn't hurt his career.

This movie doesn't HAVE to be good. It's a holiday movie based on a Dr. Seuss book. People would flock to it even if it were directed by Roman Polanski and starred Grace Jones as the title character.

I kinda think Mike Myers sadly has gone down the path of another former SNL cast member... Adam Sandler. They both do the same exact voices, type of humor and characters in just about every movie. Yeah, I'm a writer and I get the idea of developing what works and staying with it and all. The thing is sometimes they get roles that don't suit that character. It's annoying in a way because if you see one or two of their movies, just pretty much have seen them all. I do like some of Myers and Sandlers work...it just got old to me though (The Wedding Singer is cool and Waynes World wasn't bad) k... I'll just stop here. Take care everybody! :+)
