under these terms the list of voilators continues to grow at an ostounding rate...

including Just about EVERY ARTIST in the MUSIC INDUSTRY who uses sexually explict lyrics, sexually provotive videos to promote the sales of such products, MTV, VH1, and BET and every radio outlet, hello clear channel, for who showcases these materials geared at these young bystanders, who are under influence of such molestation.

Television another main souce of molestation... every actor, actress who is promoted in a sexual manner is under violation according to the terms of the above penal code.

you see the penal code is written very loosely and is very open it never once states actual physical contact. meaning that phyical molestation is not the start of the actual crime but "the intent of arousing, appealing to, or gratifying the lust, passions, or the sexual desires of that person or the child"

All men and women shall be on trial. From the lady who wears Low rider jeans in the park who arouses the 14 year old boy who just wants to catch a peek at the crack of back side, to every woman who wears a bikini to the beach that is crowd with young pre-teen adolence boys.
