that says that there is a certified letter waiting for me at the post office. I think it might be from the company that manages the condo complex that I live in. I hope this isn't bad news, like the asshole neighbors downstairs starting shit again, or I will really go ballistic on them!

I'm almost afraid to get this envelope to see what it is, because the last time I got a certified letter, it was a summons for me to go to court because the assholes downstairs took me to court for a measly $300.00 for water damage (which they never told me needed to be repaired or even showed me a bill for, so I assumed the problem was fixed).

I would up paying this clownass $300.00 ($25.00 per month, since he was not neighborly enough to tell me about what was going on, I figured he could wait for his damn money). I hope it's not bad news, that's all I can say, or the condo association and the assholes downstairs are going to hear from me this time!

Okay, I spoke to a neighbor this morning who also lives in my building and I mentioned to her about receiving the postcard in the mail. She said, "I got one of those too!", so it doesn't sound like it's the people downstairs starting anything. We're both confused as to why they sent it to us certified as opposed to regular mail or in our monthly maintenance fee bill. I will keep you posted.
