The most clever substitution of a Prince song for MJ I ever heard was "Rock Hard in Chucky's Face". That is some cold ass shit.

I know someone who's feeling somewhat vindicated today: The kid (now an adult) who accused MJ 10 years ago. There were so many stories about this was an extortion plot by the kid's father and it was just about money.
I know MJ hasn't been convicted of anything, yet, but the original accuser is probably saying "I told you so".
An interesting legal note: Because the original victim couldn't be compelled to testify, California drafted new laws saying a victim can now be made to testify in court. The DA says this new victim is, so far, cooperating with authorities and does plan to testify in court.
"Your butt is mine"? I don't think so. Not this time Mikey.

But he didn't tell us so. He was paid off and CHOSE not to cooperate. hmmm

Former Employee Of Michael Jackson's Speaks Out
By Veronica Sanchez

Last Updated: Nov. 19, 2003

A former employee of Jackson's said he left Neverland to pursue other career options, but he said he would trust Jackson with his own child.

Larry Anderson likes to hang out at a bar outside Las Vegas. He also moonlights as an Elvis impersonator. He worked for Jackson 13 years ago at the Neverland Ranch.

"I'm glad I had the opportunity to work for him, he was a great guy," Anderson said.

The great guy Anderson knew, is in trouble again. When he heard about Tuesday's raid on Neverland Ranch and the allegations that sparked it, Anderson said he felt sick. Anderson said the news about Jackson's accusation, is shocking. He said it there must be a conspiracy theory to take him down.

"He's the type of person who's a giver, not a taker and if the Michael Jackson I know has done something wrong, then so be it," he said. Not only does Anderson stand up for "Jacko", but he still has his old paystubs from his stint at Neverland Ranch, and old newspaper clippings of interviews he gave Action News after the first time Jackson was accused of molesting a child.

"I call it as it is, I really feel Michael Jackson has done no wrong," Anderson said.

How about the parents that would allow their children to be alone with Michael Jackson? They bear some responsibility for being starfuckers instead of parents and looking out for their childrens welfare.

Finally! Thank you, Richard.Knowing his history why would any parent let their child near a 45 year old man who's been accused of child molestation in the past.It boggles the mind!

I don't think a single accusation should be the criteria for not allowing a person to have children near but there are so many other relevant facts here. One that stands out glaringly is that he only ever really shares his bed with boys. Little girls don't receive the same attention as the boys. Warning flags ahead!!!

agreed.what astounds me that he had ten years since the first accusation of child molestation to play his cards right & stay away from young children.Yet he opened his neverland ranch to mostly underpriveliged kids.

Opening his heart and his ranch and finances is fine. It's allowing kids to be alone with him overnight in a bed that's the serious problem here.

Jacko Accuser: 'Wine and Sleeping Pills'

The 12-year-old boy at the center of the Michael Jackson child molestation scandal may have confessed to his psychiatrist that the pop singer plied him with wine and sleeping pills when he allegedly molested him, according to sources.

The boy has also hired Los Angeles attorney Larry Feldman, the same lawyer who represented the family of a 13-year-old boy who made similar allegations a decade ago, the sources said.

Also, according to my source, Jackson — knowing some months ago that the boy and his family had serious complaints about his relationship with them — tried to get rid of them.

“He bought them passports and planned to ship them off to somewhere in South America,” a friend of the boy’s family (a mother and siblings) told me. In fact, says this source, Jackson kept the family at Neverland for a period of time, hoping to convince them to drop their allegations by lavishing them with entertainment and further merriment.

Calls to Feldman and to the family’s other attorney were not returned.

According to sources, the boy who made the allegations was a cancer patient whose "last wish" was to meet Jackson at a time that his friends and family feared his illness was worsening.

Jackson paid the family’s medical bills and assisted them financially, even buying them a car and, according to sources, possibly a new house. When the boy’s condition improved, according to a family friend, Jackson brought him to his Neverland Valley Ranch. That is when the alleged inappropriate contact between them is thought to have occurred.

At some point last spring, the boy's schoolmates — apparently aware of his relationship with Jackson — began taunting him in public. In one case, an incident of harassment is said to have occurred at a gas station, prompting the boy’s mother to seek legal advice. The lawyer she met with advised sending the boy to a psychologist. According to my source, the psychologist had enough concerns to report his conversation to the police.

That would jibe with the idea proposed by the police and others that the family is not seeking civil damages at this time or anticipating a cash settlement similar to the one that happened 10 years ago.

Sadly, according to my source, the health condition of the boy involved is still in jeopardy — a situation that should add to the melodrama of an already shocking and headline-making story.

What is so sad is I remember this kid being on that tv special.. And his parents right along with him. As I remember this was one of the kids that said nothing ever happened between him, Michael, and the other kids.

One thing I will never understand is why these parents let their kids spend the night with him knowing what has happened in the past. I'm not saying he's guilty but I know if I had kids I wouldn't let them spend the night with him.

So, if i understand things correctly this is the same kid (the one with cancer) that appeard with his family in the Bashir documentary on MJ?
After he got teased by other kids at school 4 that, he was sent to a psychiatrist, and this psychiatrist felt the need to inform the police.
It will b strange when they play the tape in court, where the whole family, including the boy is saying how much they like michael and how innocent he is.
I still don't get the "multiple counts" phrase. As i c it, there's only one kid involved, right?

As I've said before SO MANY times...it is not acceptable for ANY grown man to be sleeping with boys, regardless of whether he lives in a condo, in the ghetto, or in a ranch overlooking Beverly Hills with amusent park rides and a private zoo.

MJ is a grown man, with a grown man's sexual desires.

He's not doing it with women, so that leaves either his llama or his pubescent guests.

I pray that the llama's getting stuffed in the middle of the night by the gloved one...but I fear that it's not.

from AOL News-

...Jackson was the subject of a child-molestation investigation in 1993 but no charges were filed and the probe was dropped in 1994. Jackson had maintained his innocence but reportedly paid a multimillion-dollar civil settlement, and the child would not testify in any criminal proceeding.

(District Attorney) Sneddon said things were different now because he had a cooperative alleged victim and because of a change in state law ''specifically because of the 1993/94 Michael Jackson investigation.''

''The law in California at that time provided that a child victim could not be forced to testify in a child molest proceeding without their permission and consent and cooperation,'' he said. ''As a result of the Michael Jackson case the Legislature changed that law and that is no longer the law in California.''...

You KNOW that you're infamous when you cause the LAW to be changed!!!
