I'd dress up as the Atlantic Ocean.

I'm still tryin to fink of one...in da past...i've dressed up as Cleopatra, some medieval princess woman and the last time i went to a dress-up party theme i had to dress in the theme of one of my friend's fav movies...so i chose Moulin Rouge...and did da whole corset thing!!!

I would simply use the opportunity to satisfy my un-natural urges to cross-dress in public.
