Kazaa and Pop-up Ads

How do I get rid or minimize pop-up ads. I had Kazaa on my computer and I thnk that is part of the part of the problem. I got rid of it, but I still get them like crazy. They come right in the middle of my screen about every 3 seconds. Help please!!!

KazaaLite ...does the trick no popups on there...and less spyware as well.
