I CANNOT WAIT for the extended verion of Two Towers!!! The extended version of Fellowship was incredible! I really thought it was going to really drag the film down to have so much added footage, but it totally didn't! It actually made it a superior film. BorisFishPaw's assesment of the TT extended version indicates that this will be the case once again!! Hallelujah!!!
This is just barely gonna keep my from going crazy waiting for ROTK!!!

Just like 'Fellowship Of The Ring', this version is just so much better and more rounded than the theatrical version. You barely notice that it's 42 minutes longer, it flows so well. The flashback to Boromir and Faramir at Osgiliath is great, and the appearance of Denethor totally helps with Faramir's character development. So many great bits! | |

Bit annoyed actually - went and bought the 4-disc DVD set 2day as it was released in England - waited months 4 it (didnt buy the standard one when it was released).
Cost me £27:99 - yet www.dvd.co.uk are selling it 4 fucking £17:99!!!

I can’t help being mesmerised, moved, delighted, stunned and captivated by foremost the message in the story, the story itself, the actors, the country, the sets, the awesome music, the special effects. It has been created with much care and love and I strongly connect with it. The film is like the one ring to me; I can not resist it!
