R U the kind of person who can quite happily listen 2 an album all the way through or do U get bored after a while after listening to a few songs?

I was wondering if there's some kind of corrolation between those who buy an album for 1 song and end up buying loads of CDs as opposed 2 those who can happily buy 1 album every so often and constantly enjoy it without getting bored.

As for me, I think Im the kind of person who gets bored quite easily and has 2 listen 2 something new. Needless 2 say it burns a hole in my pocket! eheheh

I nearly always play an album through. Even when there are songs I really dislike.

I got my favs i play all the way thru/...but otherwise i think its why i buy so many cd singles. cause i hate buying a whole cd for one song.

It varies. Last year I bought about 50 albums (mostly 60's & 70's stuff). This year I've bought about 8.

Unless it's compelation night, then I go through them all, and play just one or two songs from each album.
I usualy do this to ease my mood !

I am more of a dj. I like to hear THIS song from one album, THAT song from another.

Since I have a Mini Disc player it is evenworse; I just make compilations. A best of The Time, Tori b-sides, Bjork remixes, etc etc.

Right now I am compiling the long promised UP and DOWN MD's for the likes of Nathan and Darin.

It just takes a long time. The playing order is important. It keeps me busy. Just finished a MD with songs by Prince that would have been hits if he had released them when he was still happening.
