What do you think about them. Is it illegal to have in your car where you live?

It's only legal to use cell phones here in Israel if you use a speaker phone.
If you get cought holding a phone in your hand while driving, the fine could get up to $600+.

I've seen some SUVs with a television behind each car seat. 1 had five and they were all on at the same time. Obnoxious!
