I get bad hangovers now I am too old. My entire evening is a balance of enjoyment (getting drunk) and therapy (to protect the next morning) Instant noodles replace water and salt, its either that or eggs (for the N-Acetyl cystene geek)

OK

Back in the day, we used to pop out of the pub after closing and go and get liver and bacon at the smithfield cafe before continuing the sesh at a late bar or club.nod

NO NO NO NO NO!!! Pot noodle is for salt and water (rehydration and headache prevention) The Acetyl Cystine is for liver function to help metabolise the alcohol (general hangover reduction) and comes from EGG. geek

Curried Egg?

erm, yeah but most people have tikka or balti or whatever. But different strokes for different folks. If Acetyl Cystine is what Ur after than I think they should have it for that reason alone.

I don't drink at all but I do like these snacks that I buy when I go to the Philippines. I think they're made in Japan. On the package itself it says that the snacks are made to be eaten with beer. They are seasoned to taste best that way. I dunno but I like them! hehe

Well... my dad is Indian (technically he's my "step-dad" but he's been there since I was a kiddie and he does everything that a dad is supposed to do so he's my dad!) and I grew up with curry around all the time and I just got so sick of it. The smell of it, the taste of it plus I don't really like chillis! I'm really uhealthy when I get a kebab- no salad for me! biggrin

Wendy's Biggie Size Double Cheesburger combo meal always hits the spot.

If we go to some late night dive, I love ordering a big plate of homefries.

I steer clear of chinese or mexican food when drunk, cuz I'm always regretting it in the morning.

Yep. I normally aim for the whole veggie sandwich kinda thing, yanno like lettuce tomato onion and cheese with mayo...but I'm usually too drunk to make it so I just go with the mayo and cheese. And on a few occassions I've put a can of minced clams in there lol It's even more gross when I wake up with crusty mayo and clams all around my mouth!
