The cholesterol levels thread Talked to my physician's office today and got my results:
Total cholesterol: 162 HDL (good) cholesterol: 100 How about you? Please note: effective March 21, 2010, I've stepped down from my prince.org Moderator position. |

Had mine done a couple of years ago, I was drinking, smoking and eating lard a lot. It was fine don't remember the exact figures but I was A-ok. It is good to know that by eating a few chip butties we are not necessarily signing our own death warrant, as society would have us believe.
