People who genuinely want / need a break from the site will just stop typing the string "www.prince.org" into their web browser. They'll orgnote / email their friends to let them know how to keep in touch, and there's no fuss. The people who make a song and dance out of it are invariably doing so to get some attention, and they also invariably end up back posting on the site with a new account a few weeks later. There is no use in replying as it's unlikely I will see it in the near future. I stopped posting and chatting without any drama, no fucking lame thread announcing it. I told the friends I have on this site that i left, JD was THE FIRST one I told but he seemed to forget that. Some people are never happy it seems, everybody dumps on the people who start "I'm leaving"-threads, but when u don't they're still not happy. It's just a website folks, it has nothing or very little to do with real life. Get over it. I might be back, but not with the way things are now. Thank u, peace to all. | |
