Note. On the speacil edition there is an introduction to the film which they try to force you to watch when your go to 'Play movie'. I tried pressing 'Next' (ie Next chapter) on my remoat and nohing happened. Just press the normal Fast forward button and it skips it completely (Bloody thing)

Why do DVD's almost always say 'collectors edition' or something like that on then, when there is never a 'regular edition' released???

Sebastian was the crab who had an italian accent! ehehe. I still think Ursula looks like Missy Elliott.

I'm pretty amazed of the extra stuff in LOTR fellowship.
The special edition holds four diff audio commentaries to the film, while the behind the scenes and making of stuff really shows you the amount of effort put into this movie.
Komt de ridder bij de tweede wachter.
Can't wait for the release of the two towers.

VANILLA SKY:
The best commentary Ive experienced so far has been on Vanilla Sky - I adore this film. If u watch it at least twice yourself, u start 2 piece it 2gether yourself - but not all the answers are there, lots of things left unanswered so u can come up with your own thoughts on what may (or may not) be. Great 10 out of 10. The documentary following them around the world promoting it is really good also.

THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE
GREAT stuff: deleted scenes, the 2nd best commentary ive heard (HILARIOUS!) and loads of stuff.

LORD OF THE RINGS: (4 disc sets)
What can I say? It's CRAMMED with stuff!!!

YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN:
Not only is it crammed with extra goodness, but it's one of the funniest films ever made thumbs up!

PRETTY MUCH ANY RIDLEY SCOTT FILM:
...all crammed with loads of cool stuff.
I'd recommend Alien (new version out VERY soon), Thelma & Louise, and Legend - Collectors Edition. He has (supposedly) been working on a THREE disc set of Bladerunner that Ive been waiting 2 years 4 now...and STILL waiting. Shame, it was the 20th anniversary this year...
sigh

MUSIC DVD:
Music wise, I'd advise u 2 get the U2 DVD: 'ELEVATION - LIVE FROM BOSTON' Not only is it the BEST film of a gig I have ever seen, but there is some really cool stuff on these 2 discs - and an easter egg where u can watch the whole of the 1st time via 'Bono-cam' (tiny cameras attached 2 Bono's shades) *Details below...

If ya wanna know what it's like 2 front one of the world's biggest bands in front of an audience of about 35,000 - here's how! eyepop

The latest releases 2 DVD of a lot of the Queen stuff has been great too - Live at Wembley contains the FULL gig 4 the very 1st time, Greatest Flix One and Two now contain running commentaries by the band, and on #2 there are three rarely seen before documentaries on the making of 'One Vision' (30mins!) 'Breakthru' and 'I Want It All'...

When u see a band like Queen releasing SUPERIOR re-releases of there old, classic gigs & material, it makes u wonder why u-know0who cant do the same (Like the FULL Birthday Parade show!!! It's a crime that isnt officialy available in it's full and unexpurgated glory...
disbelief

U2 - ELEVATION LIVE FROM BOSTON Easter Eggs:

BonoCam

A DVD Easter egg in the documentary section of the U2 Elevation Tour DVD unlocks video of the entire first song viewed from the BonoCam. To access the Easter egg, look for the Dreamchaser logo in the credits. At the top of the logo, you will see The Fly. Click on him as quickly as possible. Next, you will see a screen with flashing cubes. Enter the numbers 1, 9, 7, 6 while the cubes are flashing to access the special BonoCam feature.

More BonoCam!
Another Easter Egg on Disc 2 of the DVD. If you go to the section with the bonus tracks and try to access Title 7, you can watch "Until the End of the World" through
BonoCam.

Synchronicity
On disc 2, go to "Additional Tracks" and press 1991. You'll see footage from many shows all syncronized to "Elevation".
