The flu or a cold? What's the best way to tell if you have the flu or a cold?
Right now I have: Stuffy Nose Sinus Pain Fatigue Joint Pain No appetite I'm worried because the last time I had the flu I ended up with double pneumonia... Any one have any ideas?

Have Neocitran for Flu, take 2 xtra strength tylenol and sleep it off. And sleep is very good. Just trying to get over the flu myself - the flu sucks.

I think u prolly just have a cold, most people don't seem to realise that when u have the flu usually u have a pretty bad fever and lay down in bed sweating it out for at least a day or two. You're still typing away, so just take care of yourself, stay inside, keep warm, sleep alot, and u will b fine. "It's better 2 B hated 4 what U R than 2 B loved 4 what U R not."

Apples, I sympathize with you. I have athsma, so when I catch any respiratory virus, I REALLY catch hit -- and I've also come down with pneumonia as a result.
Your symptoms sound kinda flu-like to me (sorry), but who knows? See a doc, and by all means GET A FLU SHOT! This flu season is supposed to be awful! Good luck. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου
