NotoriousJ	I think it is just as hard today as it was 20 years ago...its the outside circumstances that are way different

Well, ten years ago I was only eight years old. My neighborhood was just as dangerous then as it is now. But in general, I really cant say.

Teens today have it harder. With gangs, guns, drugs, bullying. Every generation has its good and bad sides.
