I'm heavily into mature cheddar, mature stilton (no, really - it makes your ears tingle!), danish blue, brie, red leicester, wensleydale, etc.

Ooh, I'm gonna go have some lunch!

cheese is one of my favourite foods, it goes with almost everything !
pizza, hamburgers, cheese on toast, pasta bake, spaghetti bolognese, mashed potato, man I put cheese on everything I can smile

as for type, just good ole cheddar is fine or when it comes to pizza - mozzarella smile

I went to France and they have like 43,000 types of bloody cheese and I couldn't find my great cheddar anyway ! they got so carried away with all their fancy bullshit cheeses that they overlooked the best one of all !
Hard to believe I've been on the org for over 25 years now!

A mate of mine went to China 4 a year and they don't have it over there at all. It's considered a weird western thing. The only place you could get it was at a West themed restaurant in Beijing. I'm a veggie and couldn't imagine going without cheese for a year. I was also unkeen on going to a country where they beat dogs to death in the street before cooking them. sad
