a couple of the windows in my apartment are old n'drafty. this past spring/summer my landlord was supposed to have folks come to the apartment building and install new windows on the side of the building i live on but it never happened...and winter may as well have been started here in minnesota awready, cuz it's cold!
thankfully my heat works just fine, tho'.  <---hot cocoa | |
