PRINCE AND HIS FANS! with the temporary departure of Moonbeam, don't you think it would be shame for Prince to lose a fan such as Moonbeam, or any of us for that matter?
it would also be a shame for the Prince fan community as well. we have invested so much in this "hobby" of ours, that it would be a let down. anyone agree? [This message was edited Thu Nov 6 23:52:13 PST 2003 by Milty]

Prince is just as much about bestiality and necrophilia as the music apparently.

If someone takes a decision to leave prince.org (whether permanently or, in the example you cite, apparently temporarily) they don't necessarily choose to do so because they have less enthusiasm for Prince's music.
People leave this website for all sorts of reasons. I'm sure if they wish to remain in contact with their friends, retain contact with the 'prince community' or simply continue their enthusiasm for his music, they will do exactly that. ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift.

Prince would probably be happy to lose all the people on this site from his fanbase. If it weren't for the money i am pretty sure of it. I GOT YA, I GOT YA, I GOT YA PUNKASS! REPEAT

One of the things I've loved about Moonbeam...was his strength of character. It was consistent, and real...he stuck by his beliefs, wasn't a hypocrite about them. I see his decision to leave as following that pattern...and I'd rather see that beautiful aspect of Moonbeam continue to direct his path, than to have it lessen so that I could continue reading his posts...
No matter where he is, he knows he's loved and welcomed here, anytime he feels a desire to return...
