"Finds" Have you ever discovered something and wondered why it took you so long?
I recently discovered (thanks to a good friend of mine) Fragata Garlic Cloves - the ones in the little thin jar that you just eat like olives. How did I live my first 36 years without them? | |

Fried egg whites. I was never a big egg eater until I started cooking them. I mean, I could buy a dozen eggs and still have 'em all by the expiration date. Now, I'm on this fried/scrambled egg whites kick. I've started adding onions, mushrooms, and green peppers too. *swoon*

It's just surprising to me that I didn't get into them earlier because I've loved The Cure and Depeche Mode since I was 11. The funny thing is I even bought the Joy Division box set and New Order's Substance 2 years before I even listened to them. I just knew that I would like them, but it took me a long time to get around to it. I had never even heard a single Joy Division song and then WHAM! I found a new favorite band. | |
